2. Booking and Confirmation

• All bookings must be made through our official website, email, or WhatsApp contact.
• Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message or email from our team.
• Please ensure all information provided during booking (such as name, date, pick-up location, and number of participants) is accurate.
• Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure your booking, depending on the tour type.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or secure online payment as instructed by our team.
• All payments are processed securely and encrypted to protect customer data.
• Prices listed on the website are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Additional charges may apply for special requests, extra hours, or pickup locations outside the standard service area.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour date.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours or for no-shows.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the cancellation confirmation.

5. Changes and Rescheduling

• You may request to change the tour date or details at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
• Akila Bali Tours reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, road closures, or safety concerns.
• Any major change in the itinerary will be communicated to the guest as early as possible.

6. Inclusions and Exclusions

Each tour package clearly states what is included (such as car, driver, fuel, entrance tickets, guide, and lunch) and what is excluded (such as personal expenses or tips).

Please review the package details carefully before confirming your booking.

7. Travel Insurance and Safety

• Participants are strongly advised to have personal travel insurance covering medical expenses, accidents, and trip cancellations.
• Akila Bali Tours ensures all vehicles are insured and operated by professional, licensed drivers.
• Guests must follow safety instructions provided by the driver or tour guide at all times.

8. Responsibility

• Akila Bali Tours is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or expense caused by natural disasters, accidents, government regulations, or other factors beyond our control.
• The company is not responsible for lost personal belongings during tours or transfers.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who behaves inappropriately, disrupts other participants, or poses a safety risk.

9. Use of Website

• All content on this website, including text, photos, and videos, is the property of Akila Bali Tours and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
• Users must not engage in any activity that could damage or impair the functionality of this website.

10. Privacy Policy
